Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the War Room platform ("Service") operated by SomePlanets, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

War Room is an e-commerce management platform that provides product research, AI-powered content generation, Meta advertising campaign management, Shopify store integration, and automated ad performance optimization.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

• Starter ($49/month): 1 store, basic features
• Growth ($99/month): 3 stores, auto-scale, AI creative generation
• Agency ($199/month): 10 stores, unlimited features, dedicated support

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Meta, Shopify, Anthropic, and fal.ai. By connecting these services, you authorize us to access and manage your data on those platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each third-party platform.

6. Advertising Campaigns

• You are solely responsible for your ad content and compliance with Meta's advertising policies
• You are responsible for your advertising budget and spend
• Automated actions are performed based on your configured settings
• We do not guarantee specific advertising results or return on ad spend

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service using AI is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, violate advertising platform policies, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, or exceed plan usage limits through automated means.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service is the property of SomePlanets, Inc. Content you create remains your property. AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOMEPLANETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
